By installing or using Vocal Cipher, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your purchase and compliance with this agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Vocal Cipher on the number of devices permitted by your purchased license.
2. Activation
Vocal Cipher may require online activation, license verification, or device activation.
Activation limits may apply according to the license purchased.
You must not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent activation or licensing mechanisms.
3. Ownership
Vocal Cipher and its software components remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Vocal Cipher to generate audio for lawful purposes, including:

- Videos
- Social media content
- Audiobooks
- Presentations
- Educational content
- Marketing materials
- Other lawful creative projects
Your rights to generated audio may also be subject to the terms of the underlying voice models, datasets, or third-party technologies used by the software.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy or redistribute the software except where explicitly permitted.
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software without authorization.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Circumvent licensing or activation systems.
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
- Use the software to facilitate unlawful activity.
6. Generated Content
You are responsible for the text and audio generated through your use of Vocal Cipher.
You must have the necessary rights to the text you process and must use generated audio in accordance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
7. Voice and AI Restrictions
AI-generated speech must not be used in a way that unlawfully impersonates, deceives, defrauds, harasses, or harms another person.
Where a voice or technology is subject to additional licensing restrictions, those restrictions also apply.
8. Updates
Software updates may include improvements, bug fixes, security updates, or feature changes.
An update may change or remove functionality.
9. Termination
This license may terminate if you materially violate the terms of this agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the software and remove unauthorized copies from your devices.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vocal Cipher is provided without guarantees that it will satisfy every particular requirement or produce error-free results in every situation.
11. Agreement
Installing or using Vocal Cipher constitutes acceptance of this License Agreement.
